Who are you?

Powers Advertising, a marketing company in Knoxville, Tennessee, which also runs the Find Knoxville and Bizfari business directories. Powers HQ is our software: it answers the calls you miss with an AI receptionist, keeps every lead in one list, and builds your website on your own domain. You can see everything it does in your dashboard.

Exactly how do I keep my own number?

After you pay, you get a local Powers HQ number. On your cell you dial one code so the calls you don't pick up go to it: on Verizon (and Visible, Xfinity, Spectrum) it's *71 plus that number; on AT&T or T-Mobile (and Cricket, Metro, Mint) it's **61*1 plus that number and #. Your HQ shows the exact code with your number filled in, and how to turn it off (*73 or ##61#). Other carriers: call them and ask for "forward when unanswered." Then tap Test my line and we ring your cell so you can check it works.

How do I get my leads?

Every lead comes to you by email and as a push notification from the Powers HQ app. Text alerts are coming soon; until then it's email and app notifications. On iPhone, add Powers HQ to your Home Screen first so app notifications can come through; HQ shows you how.

What if I get more than 100 calls in a month?

A call counts when your AI receptionist answers it and the caller says something. Calls you pick up yourself, spam, robocalls and callers who hang up without a word don't count. Need more? Add Extra calls: 200 more AI-answered calls a month for $30. Turn it on for storm season or your busy months and off again from your plan page; billing is prorated. We email you when you've used 80% of your calls, and we never add it or charge you more without you choosing it. Without it, calls past the limit go to voicemail and you still get every message.

What does it do with spam and robocalls?

It hangs up on obvious sales calls and robocalls and marks them as probably spam, so you can ignore them. Those, and callers who hang up without saying anything, don't count toward your 100 calls a month.

Do I own my website?

Yes. If you leave, we email you a copy of every file. The Website module puts it on your own domain.

What if I cancel?

Cancel from your billing page, no call needed. If you had the Website module, we email you every file of your site and your domain stays yours. In your first 30 days you can also ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
