Text alerts: terms and privacy
Powers HQ lead alerts are texts we send to Powers HQ customers (business owners) about new leads for their own business. We don't text their callers or customers, and we don't send marketing texts.
Not sending yet. Text alerts start when the phone carriers approve our texting number. You can sign up now; until then, every lead comes by email and as a Powers HQ app notification.
How you sign up
Only paying Powers HQ customers can sign up. In your Powers HQ account, on the Leads page, you enter your cell number and tick this box:
The box is never ticked for you, and you can use Powers HQ without it. We keep a record of when you agreed. We text you a confirmation when you sign up (or, if you signed up before texts were switched on, the day they are).
What we send
One text per new lead: who called, what they need, their number and a link to your leads. For example: "Powers HQ: URGENT call: Dana Price - roof leak. Call back (865) 555-0148. powersadvertising.com/hq/leads Reply STOP to cancel." How many you get depends on how many calls you get. Calls our AI marks as spam are not texted.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop them right away, or turn them off on your Leads page. Reply HELP for help, or email jason@powersadvertising.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send you these alerts. We don't sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with anyone for their marketing or any other purpose. Our phone provider (Twilio) handles delivery only. More in our privacy policy.
